The company plans to place 52.086 million shares at a placing price of HK$0.2950 per placing share, equivalent to approximately 20.00% of the existing issued share capital.mspacmangame; and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital after allotment. The placing price represented a discount of approximately 16.90% to the closing price of HK$0.3550 per share on May 24.
The net proceeds to be received by the company will be approximately HK$14.8 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds as general working capital of the group and to enable the group to seize potential investment opportunities.
